Delete your account

Function Battle by Reynolds Studio

You can permanently delete your Function Battle account and its data from inside the game at any time.

1. Open Function Battle and choose Account on the main menu.
2. Choose Account Security.
3. Choose Delete, enter your password (email accounts only), type DELETE to confirm, and confirm. If you turned on an authenticator, turn it off first on the same screen.

Guest accounts

A guest account has no email, but its Sparks, items and progress are stored on our servers under a random account identifier. Delete it in the game the same way (no password is needed); the game then starts a new, empty guest account. If you already uninstalled the game, email ReynoldsStudioGames@gmail.com with the account identifier from Account → Export / Copy my data if you noted it (player names are not unique).

If you cannot open the game

Email ReynoldsStudioGames@gmail.com from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in details, email address, display name, cloud progress and preferences, block list, Sparks balance and history, owned cosmetics, purchase and reward records, and reports you made.

What may be kept

The game server links online match statistics and moderation records (up to 180 days) to your device rather than to your account, so deleting the account does not remove them: email us the profile identifier from Account → Export / Copy my data to have them erased too. Copies in the daily server backups expire within 14 days, and sign-in and email delivery logs kept by our providers expire on their own schedules. Data stored only on your device (settings, local replays) is removed by uninstalling the game. Apple and Google keep their own purchase history.
