Email ReynoldsStudioGames@gmail.com. It helps to include your device model, what you were doing, and the diagnostics text from Settings → Privacy, Age & Support in the game (it contains no passwords or messages).

Common questions

I bought a pack and it is missing. Open the Shop and choose Restore purchases while signed in to the same Function Battle account you bought it with.

I watched an ad and got nothing. Rewards are confirmed by our server and can take up to a minute. Reopen the Shop to refresh. If it never arrives, email us the time you watched it.

I forgot my password. Main menu → Account → Create account / Sign in → Forgot password. A code is emailed to you.

I was suspended or banned. The notice in the game has an Appeal button. Appeals are reviewed by a person.

Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google; refund requests go through their support pages.
